A trip to Paris in 2003, so many things to see:\u00a0 I took photos of\u00a0 staircases.\u00a0 When I got home, I found Ned May’s\u00a0\u00a0Custom Fibonacci Spiral Generator<\/a>\u00a0and began designing quilts with spirals.<\/div>\n

This fall, IQA sponsored a\u00a0contest for photos which inspired quilts.\u00a0 My photo of the stairwell in the Arc de Triomphe was included, and was the photo from the exhibit chosen for the Houston program.<\/p>\n
